Heart & Soul Kids Studios operate on something we call “monthly tuition”.
(Think of it like the best version of a subscription for your kids’ extracurriculars.)

We’re glad you asked! Let’s start with tuition prices.
Each student has an annual registration fee*:
$30/first student, $20/second student, $10/each add’l student
*The annual registration fee charges yearly on your student’s anniversary month, so long as they are enrolled in classes, camps, or activities at Heart & Soul Kids.
Tuition is priced based on the class type and length*:
30 Minute Preschool Classes
$65/month
45 Minute Preschool Classes
$105/month
60 Minute Preschool Classes
$115/month
60 Minute Dance Classes
$85/month
60 Minute Combo Classes
$110/month
60 Minute Gymnastics Classes
$115/month
*Speciality and advanced classes may have different pricing.
“That all sounds great, but what does our commitment look like?”
That’s the best part! Because Heart & Soul Kids operates on a monthly tuition you can join us for classes as long as you’d like. This also means that students are able to switch class types or times mid-month.
Tuition processes automatically on the first of the month. So when it’s time to take a break, all you need to do is submit a drop form by the last day of the month.
(We try to be as flexible as possible so it’s important that you know that once tuition has processed we are unable to refund in the case of a late drop form.)
“This is awesome! But I’m reading this information during the middle of the month. Do I need to wait until next month to start classes?”
Not at all! We offer a prorated tuition for families joining us after the first class of the month. Please reach out to us via email with the class information and what day you’d like to start and our team will take care of the rest!
You didn’t ask… but here are some questions we get a lot:

Yes! Unless a member of our front desk team is informed about a drop or switch request, students are continuously enrolled in the same class.

Tuition is a fixed rate, regardless of month.
Some months students will receive more classes at no extra charge and some months due to pre-planned closures students may receive fewer classes. Throughout a calendar year, classes will even out.

Tuition pays for a student’s spot regardless of attendance. Heart & Soul is not responsible for a student’s attendance.
Make-ups are not guaranteed, make-up options are contingent upon availability.

Absolutely we do!
If you refer a family to Heart & Soul you will both receive a $10 credit as our way of saying thanks for expanding our community!
Families with multiple children enrolled in class, or a child enrolled in multiple classes will automatically receive 10% off each additional class. (Annual registration fees will be discounted for each additional child: $20 for second, $10 for third, forward.)
First responders, military, and teachers receive 10% off class. Please let us know when you register so we can set it up in the system.
