As my daughter has grown her interests have changed and the classes they offer have allowed us to change it up without leaving one of her favorite places! Great place for children, especially toddlers, to have structured activities and to be exposed to other atypical physical activities, such as gymnastics and dance. These activities also gives the toddler an insight and understanding of what his/her body can do. It’s ideal to develop their motor skills and see how their bodies become stronger with proper training. Overall, it’s fun for the toddler and a workout for Mommy.
