My daughter loves going to camp. She always asks to go back. The facility is great and had a lot of options to keep the kids busy. We have done a few camps and are scheduled for a few more. Birthday parties here are also excellent.

Our party hosts were amazing!! Everything from the set up, to play time, to food and cake, they took initiative and were so friendly and helpful. One thing that stood out was that they went out of their way to make sure our youngest guest with a disability was able to take part in activities. They really made sure every kid was encouraged to participate at their comfort level and that all the adults felt welcome.

My son loves Heart & Soul. We originally started going to another gymnastics place with toddler classes around the corner from here, but it was so big and seemed over-packed with kids of all ages doing classes at the same time. Heart & Soul is geared towards younger kids and they limit class sizes, which I really like. There’s enough room for my kid to be around other kids or to do his own thing if he’s feeling shy.
The teachers are super patient and calm as well. All the equipment is the perfect size for him and everything feels very clean. I’m excited for my son to try the tap dancing and little ninja courses when he’s old enough.

One of my favorite things about this place is how clean it is and also how they change things up. They move equipment around and create new courses for the children and there’s always a new theme around the corner! Space theme, under the sea, zoo, etc. looking forward to doing a birthday party here in the future. They have a great online portal as well for signing up for classes and the instructors are the friendliest we know for baby gym classes.

We go to the new Southeast location. Today was our first class and I must say the patience these beautiful souls have is amazing! Miss Shari is so sweet and so helpful. Our family absolutely loves Heart and Soul! The teachers have a passion for helping kids reach their potential in positive, encouraging, fun and developmentally appropriate ways. My daughter is in the Tumble with Me gymnastics class for 1-2.5 year olds. In that class they stretch and practice skills like walking on the low beam, jumping, climbing, swinging, front supports, forward and backwards rolls, and more. The other kids and families are also wonderful!

My kids’ self-confidence and coordination skills have flourished because of Heart & Soul.
My 6 yr old son and 3 year old daughter love Heart & Soul so much! They attend gymnastics and Ninja at the OV location and my daughter does dance at the Central location. The teachers are so kind, patient, and encouraging. My son has done summer camp for the last two years and it’s literally been such a life saver as he thrives on routine. We also celebrated both kids’ bdays (separate days) at Heart & Soul and it was effortless on my part as they handle basically everything to facilitate a super fun party for a great price! I just want to thank the staff at Heart and Soul for their efforts to help my daughter feel safe in a new environment. Our family LOVES heart and soul! It has become like a second family and a second home to us... Our 4 year old takes gym and a hip hop dance class and it’s her favorite parts to the week, she has learned so much and continues to grow. Our 2 year old also had so much to learn, she was behind on many markers due to a growth hormone deficiency she would only walk with assistance and was small for her size. Thanks to heart and soul and the determination of teacher Sammi she is walking and almost doing the whole course during her class on her own in a very short period of time. Still tiny but has the strength and determination to knock things out of the water now. Our 7 year old son takes a ninja class as well and can’t wait to show everyone is par-core every time we see family members. Camp is also a big part of my older two kids weeks when it is running they can’t wait to go and see what all teacher Jenn has in store for them. We can not thank you guys enough for creating such a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment for our family especially the kids to enjoy and get their energy out!

I highly recommend Heart and Soul!
My daughters have participated in gymnastics, dance, and summer camp at Heart and Soul since 2016. We have consistently had a wonderful experience with the Heart and Soul staff and programs. The teachers are skilled and do a terrific job relating to and motivating children, and the administration run a very smooth ship. The dance recital was a joy for my entire family to attend, and very well organized to give the youngest dancers a taste of the joy of performing with minimal stress. The summer camp provided my youngest with a great opportunity to exercise and play with friends during summer break. Heart and Soul gives back to the community and donated in-kind services to my daughters' school PTO auction, which speaks highly of the organization. I highly recommend Heart and Soul! (Five Stars)
