Pausing or Taking a Break from Classes

Want to take a short break instead of dropping?

You can hold your child’s spot for $15/month (up to 2 months). Email us with:

  • Child’s name

  • Month you’d like to return

We’ll take care of the rest! (Enrollment + tuition automatically resume the month you choose. Holds are not available for full/waitlisted classes.)

Drop Request Policy

  • Drop requests may be submitted any time during the month.

  • When dropping please select the last day you would like to attend classes.

  • There are no refunds for dropping a class mid month, we encourage you to finish out the month with us! 

  • To avoid being billed for the next month, the drop request must be submitted before the final day of the current month.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to Drop a Class

  1. Log into your Family Portal → My Account

  2. Select the student → Enrollment

  3. Click Drop Enrollment and submit the form

  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the drop is complete.
