Join us in Oro Valley or Vail for an indoor birthday party! We make birthday parties the best experience for the whole family. Our celebrations are fully-structured, easy, and clean-up free for families. (Yes, you read that right!)

You pick the theme, invite friends, and our awesome birthday hosts will do the rest!

Parties at Heart & Soul Oro Valley (8363 N. Oracle Road)

Saturdays: 2-4pm or 5-7pm

Sundays: 11am-1pm, 2-4pm, or 5-7pm

Parties at Heart & Soul Southeast (8280 S. Houghton Road)

Saturdays: 2-4pm

Sundays: 11am-1pm or 2:30-4:30pm

Party Package Sizes

$295 for 1 to 13 participating partiers*

$375 for 14 to 21 participating partiers*

$455 for 22 to 31 participating partiers*

*Children under the age of 1, and adults not included.

Included in every party package:

  • A private 2-hour party hosted by our amazing Heart & Soul instructors!

  • Exclusive use of our fully air-conditioned facilities

  • Birthday invitations

  • Themed Decorations + Tableware (tablecloths, utensils, plates, & napkins)

  • No setup or clean-up, we take care of that!

  • Event coordination with our Events Manager!

 Our team follow a schedule to keep the party on track: 

  • Partiers typically spend the very beginning of the party doing a welcome activity (normally a small craft) to allow the majority of kids to arrive. 

  • Next, the group moves to the gym, where our event specialists lead a mix of open play and organized games. If your child has a favorite game, feel free to let us know in advance!

  • Finally, based on your preference, the last 30–45 minutes are spent in the craft room enjoying refreshments and treats that you provide.

    Calling all world class gymnasts! The gymnastics theme includes red and blue tablecloths with classic gymnastics and celebration decor.

  • Princess

    Royals at heart and in spirit! The princess theme includes pink and teal tablecloths with popular princess decor.

  • Unicorn

    Ready for this whimsical birthday bash? The unicorn theme includes pink and teal tablecloths with unicorn and rainbow decor.

  • #NinjaForce

    WARNING: this super sneaky party is a ton of fun! The #NinjaForce theme includes red and black tablecloths and #NinjaForce decor.

  • Super Hero

    Grab your cape for this adventure! The super hero theme includes red and blue tablecloths along with super hero and comic decor.

  • Dinosaur

    Looking for a birthday fit for a Brachiosaurus? The dinosaur theme includes blue and orange tablecloths with dinosaur decor.

  • Do It Yourself!

    Want to host a party with your own theme? You’re welcome to purchase and bring your own decorations, and our team will happily set everything up for you. We’ll bring your vision to life while you sit back and enjoy the celebration!

  • $15 per each unplanned child.

    Please be courteous of the birthday party after yours by leaving at the scheduled time. If your party stays beyond that time the $30 charge will be added to your account.

    All parents/guardians must create an account and accept the family and student waivers in order to participate in a birthday party.

    Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Heart & Soul premises.

  • For $75 dollars we’ll provide the supplies for an all out nerf battle in the gym.

    Note: If you’d like participants to take home their Nerf supplies we recommend purchasing them instead of renting our materials.

  • Birthday parties book about 1.5 to 2 months in advance. We recommend inquiring about your dates as soon as you’re ready. Birthday party slots are available on a first come, first served basis and can be booked here.

    We require payment for the smallest party size ($295) upon booking. Please note, a birthday party slot is not reserved until payment is made.

  • No! All Heart & Soul birthday parties grant your group exclusive use of our facilities. No competing for space to play or eat around here. ♡

  • You will be charged the smallest party size ($295) upon booking. Approx. one week prior to the party our events manager will reach out to confirm and charge the remainder based on the official party size (and the Nerf Add-On if you’ve selected it).

    (Kindly note that party upgrades are not refundable in the event of reduced attendance.)

  • Heart & Soul is unable to offer refunds on cancelled birthday parties but we will do our best to reschedule your party to a date in the future. (Kindly note that party upgrades are not refundable in the event of reduced attendance.)

  • Tipping an awesome instructor for a great party is always appreciated!

    I would like to give a shout out to the trio that helped with my son’s birthday party today. They had a sensory table, games planned, a playlist made for just him, and they made slime at the end. I don’t want to forget that they not only decorated, but they served the food, they cleaned up, and they interacted so well with all the kiddos. They checked with me to make sure my son was comfortable with the games they would play.

    The two coaches leading the event did a great job of balancing free play and adding in some activities for the kids to do in the gym. The took the lead on everything - I could totally sit back and just enjoy being with friends and family and watch my son have a great time! My son decided last minute that he DID want to open presents on site, and they were so flexible with making sure we had time to do everything. They passed out food to everyone, cut the cake, helped us organize all of the presents as my son was opening them, and cleaned up everything.

    Honestly, it was SUCH a stress-free way to celebrate my kiddo's birthday. I 10/10 recommend hosting your child's birthday at this location!
