To infinity and beyond… beyond! The real-life Buzz Lightyear and his crew of brave astronauts are taking us on an adventure that’s out of this world. Join us for this galactic adventure through the Southeast gym, some Pizza Planet slices, and a Sox-led activity or two!

Heart & Soul typically holds Kids Night Out on the last Saturday of the month. Each KNO is themed around a movie and includes crafts, games, and plenty of time to play in the studio gym. Families do not need to be enrolled currently in a class to participate in a KNO. What should my child wear to KNO? Form fitting, comfortable, and easy-to-move in athletic wear for all participants. No baggy clothing, dresses, skirts, clothing with buttons, or jewelry. Time spent in the gym will be barefoot!

PLEASE NOTE: KNOs include a pizza dinner for participants. If your kiddo has an allergy to anything that may appear on or in a pizza, please bring their own dinner and alert the staff of their allergy. Thank you!
