Before they were Scarers, they were students at Monsters University! Mike and Sully will be stopping by our KNO on their way to compete in the Scare Games. Together we'll fuel up with pizza and have a scary good time playing in the gym. Can Mike and Sully win the games with our help?

Heart & Soul typically holds Kids Night Out on the last Saturday of the month. Each KNO is themed around a movie and includes crafts, games, and plenty of time to play in the studio gym. Families do not need to be enrolled currently in a class to participate in a KNO. What should my child wear to KNO? Form fitting, comfortable, and easy-to-move in athletic wear for all participants. No baggy clothing, dresses, skirts, clothing with buttons, or jewelry. Time spent in the gym will be barefoot!

PLEASE NOTE: KNOs include a pizza dinner for participants. If your kiddo has an allergy to anything that may appear on or in a pizza, please bring their own dinner and alert the staff of their allergy. Thank you!
