Who's stealing the holiday cheer from towns far and near? It's the Grinch, you see, and he's on his way here to the Oro Valley gym to ruin our year. Fear not though because Cindy Lou Who might make an appearance or two, with crafts, games, and some pizza to chew! Sign up quickly in the town square, but beware, Max is somewhere out there!

Heart & Soul typically holds Kids Night Out on the last Saturday of the month. Each KNO is themed around a movie and includes crafts, games, and plenty of time to play in the studio gym. Families do not need to be enrolled currently in a class to participate in a KNO. What should my child wear to KNO? Form fitting, comfortable, and easy-to-move in athletic wear for all participants. No baggy clothing, dresses, skirts, clothing with buttons, or jewelry. Time spent in the gym will be barefoot!

PLEASE NOTE: KNOs include a pizza dinner for participants. If your kiddo has an allergy to anything that may appear on or in a pizza, please bring their own dinner and alert the staff of their allergy. Thank you!
