  • Can you tell me what a typical day at a Heart & Soul camp is like?

Camp days at Heart & Soul are full of exciting games and activities centered around a weekly theme. We’ll start the morning in the gym with some free time and stretching and then break off into groups and rotate through an outdoor activity, craft, snack, and structured gym time.

We’ll all come together to each lunch around noon and say goodbye to our morning campers! Then, while we have the gym to ourselves, we’ll play games and have free play time. We’ll all come together to do another craft or activity and then it’s back in the gym to squeeze in a little more structure gym time before classes start.

To cool down during parent pick up we will get out board games, open the side yard, or watch a movie connected to that week’s theme.

It sounds like a lot, but it flies by so fast for our kiddos that they just can’t wait to come back the next day!

  • What do I need to pack for my child for camp?

Please send your children to camp with a lunch box, a water bottle with their name on it, a change of clothes, sunscreen with their name on it, and shoes that they can take on and off by themselves.

  • What can I send for lunch?

We ask that you please send two nourishing snacks and a nut-free lunch for the day. We try our best to accommodate all kiddos while at camp, so that means we have to leave any nut products at home!

  • What should NOT come to camp with my child?

It can be hard when kids bring items from home, they get lost or damaged which takes away from the experience of an exciting camp. Please do not let your child bring the following to camp:

    • Toys/games
    • Electronics
    • Jewelry
    • Stuffed Animals
    • Books
    • Legos (we have lots of those at camp, we wouldn’t want yours to get lost in our set!)

  • How much does a week of camp cost?

It depends on what option fits your schedule best!

Full Days of camp run from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Half Day Mornings run from 8:30 AM – 12 PM.

Half Day Afternoons run from 12 PM – 3:30 PM.

We also offer before (7:30 AM – 8:30 AM) and after camp (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM) care for $5 a day.

    Full Day/Full Week $215
    Full Day/Single Day $60
    Half Day/Full Week $150
    Half Day/Single Day $30
  • What is the $30 registration fee for?

We have an annual $30 membership fee that anyone participating in a Heart & Soul class or event must pay.  If you have questions about the membership fee, please email our Business Manager, Shari, at heartandsoul@heartandsoulkids.com.

  • What are your facilities like?

The cleanest! We pride ourselves on providing top quality experience for our families, and that means that both facilities are professionally cleaned 7 days a week. On top of that, our teachers clean throughout the day ensuring that everyone experiences the best version of the gym. Better yet, we have complimentary wifi and an awesome AC system!
