  • Preliminary Additional Safety Precautions for Camp
    • Parents who have registered their children for Summer Camp will be emailed a copy of our final safety procedures and will be asked to bring a signed copy with you on the first day of your camper’s attendance. We will have blank copies available for you to sign, however it will save time if you bring the signed form with you. Please discuss the importance of following these guidelines with your children prior to arriving at camp.
    • Campers will enter through the main entrance and have their temperature taken with a touchless thermometer. We ask that parents bring their campers to the main entrance, but that you do not enter the facility with your child unless there is an extenuating circumstance. We will have someone to greet you, take their temperature, and attach their group’s colored wristband before you leave the facility.
    • If your camper begins to show any signs of sickness, we will call you and ask that you pick up your child immediately. We will do our best to keep any child who begins to show signs of sickness away from the other campers without making him/her feel isolated. We will alert all parents via email if a camper is sent home during the day.
    • Our water fountains will not be available for use, so please continue to send a labeled water bottle with your child.
    • Because of safety reasons we will not require our staff or students to wear masks during their physical activity. However, anyone who chooses to wear a mask may do so. We will be providing extra breaks for ALL students so that no one feels singled out for wearing/not wearing a mask.
    • At the end of the day (12:00 for half day/3:30 for full day), campers will exit the gym from the exterior door, located on the opposite side of the lobby entrance. There will be signs posted at the entrance and exit areas.
    • Parents will receive more specific camp information prior to the first day of your specific week of camp.
  • What do I need to pack for my child for camp?
    • A healthy, hearty lunch with their name clearly labeled on the box. We suggest packing an ice pack too.
      • 1 labeled snack for half day kids and 2 labeled snacks for full day kids.
    • A water bottle with their name clearly labeled on the side.
    • A change of clothes in a bag. Please put initials on the labels.
    • Sunscreen with their name clearly labeled
    • Shoes that your child can get on and off independently.

  • What can I send for lunch?

We ask that you send two nourishing snacks and a nut-free lunch for the day. Pack more than you think your child will eat, we work up an appetite having fun!

We are a nut-free camp! We try our best to accommodate all kids at camp, so that means we have to leave any nut products at home.

  • What should NOT come to camp with my child?

It can be hard when kids bring items from home, they get lost or damaged which takes away from the experience of an exciting camp. Please do not let your child bring the following to camp:

    • Toys/games
    • Electronics
    • Jewelry
    • Stuffed Animals
    • Books
    • Legos

If a personal belonging does make it’s way to camp, we will hold it at the front desk until your camper leaves for the day.

Please do not pack food items containing nuts. We are a nut free camp.
